Set sail from HULA'S Phoenix every Thursday - Saturday from 6pm to close. Step through the porthole door and let the waves carry you away to The Captain's Cabin, where a late ’40s era Tahitian sailor’s bar meets the modern day craft cocktail lounge. It's the perfect spot to enjoy classic Tiki cocktails and a signature rum menu designed by the legendary Captain David. Today, his hand-picked crew mans the helm, flawlessly executing his renowned recipes. It's the perfect setting to catch up with friends over light bites, enjoy a date night with your partner, or even embark on a solo adventure at the bar top. You never know what is in store for you at the Captain's Cabin!

Launched in 2018 by legendary local tiki mixologist, Captain David Muhlstein, HULA'S Captain's Cabin serves up an award-winning menu of classic and modern craft cocktails alongside an extensive premium rum list. Today, Captains Alex and Dave (2.0)—both hand-selected and trained by our founding Captain—proudly helm our nautical-themed tiki speakeasy.
